Warranty Terms

Though no phone case is entirely indestructible, ours are crafted to endure daily wear, maintaining vibrant, clear prints that resist fading and peeling. To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, Double-Layer and 3rd-Gen Crystal cases come with a 12-month warranty, while Industry-Level cases are backed by a 6-month guarantee.

Our warranty applies solely to an original, purchased phone case. Any phone case provided as a warranty replacement is not eligible for further replacement under this policy.

Warranty claims cannot be made for phone cases that have been previously refunded for any reason.

Please inspect the quality of your phone case upon receipt and contact us promptly if you have any concerns.

For warranty claims, you must include at least one high-resolution photo or video clearly showing the defect. If your claim is validated, we will replace the phone case with an identical model and style.

If an exact replacement is unavailable when a claim is approved, BFFcase's may, at its discretion, offer an alternative phone case or solution. Refunds will not be provided.
For gifted phone cases, we will need to verify the claim against the original order in our system using the order number or the purchaser’s details.

Promotional phone cases (provided for reviews, videos, etc.) and complimentary phone cases (sent as a goodwill gesture by our Customer Support team) are excluded from this warranty.

The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and craftsmanship. It does not cover issues or damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or application

  • Accidental drops or falls

  • Intentional modifications or repairs by third parties

  • Products not purchased from us or our authorized resellers

  • External factors such as loss, heat, fire, water, or other liquids

  • Damage due to improper storage, animals, or environmental conditions

  • Cosmetic changes from normal wear and tear, such as scratches or color fading


Care Instructions for Phone Cases

To remove your phone case, gently lift one side or corner from the bottom, then carefully slide it off. This technique helps extend the case’s lifespan.

When using alcohol-based hand sanitizer, ensure your hands are completely dry before handling the phone case to prevent damage.
